01. DEFINITIONS
When you access our diet course platform at dietplancourse.com, you're entering into a formal agreement with us. These terms define what we mean by "services" - that's all the course materials, videos, worksheets, and support resources we provide. By "user" or "you," we mean anyone who signs up for our courses or browses our content.
Our "content" includes everything from nutrition guides to meal planning templates. It's all protected by copyright laws, and we take that seriously. When we say "account," we're talking about your personal login that gives you access to your purchased courses.
02. COURSE_ACCESS
Once you purchase a course, you'll get access for twelve months from your enrollment date. That's plenty of time to go through all the materials at your own pace. You can log in from up to three different devices - your computer, tablet, and phone, for example.
Some materials can be downloaded for offline viewing, but you can't share these files with others. The courses are designed for individual use only. If you're having trouble accessing your courses, our support team at support@dietplancourse.com is here to help.
Your access depends on keeping your account in good standing and following these terms. We reserve the right to suspend access if these terms are violated.
03. USER_CONDUCT
We expect all users to behave respectfully and lawfully. You cannot share your login credentials with anyone else - each account is for individual use only. Don't try to copy, distribute, or sell any of our course materials. That includes screenshots, recordings, or transcriptions of our content.
You're also not allowed to use our platform to promote competing services or spam other users. If you participate in any community features, keep your comments helpful and appropriate.

Violation of these conduct rules can result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
04. PAYMENT_POLICY
All payments are processed in Canadian dollars. When you purchase a course, you're charged immediately and get instant access to the materials. We don't have any hidden fees or recurring charges - what you see at checkout is what you pay.
If your payment fails, you'll have 48 hours to update your payment information before your enrollment is cancelled. We use secure payment processors that comply with Canadian financial regulations.
For tax purposes, you'll receive a receipt via email after each purchase. Keep this for your records, as we can only reissue receipts for purchases made within the last 12 months.
05. REFUND_PROTOCOL
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all course purchases. If you're not satisfied with your course within 30 days of purchase, you can request a full refund. However, this guarantee comes with some conditions to prevent abuse.
To be eligible for a refund, you must not have completed more than 25% of the course content. We track your progress automatically, so we can verify this. You also need to provide a brief explanation of why the course didn't meet your expectations.
Refund requests must be submitted through our support system at support@dietplancourse.com. Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. After the 30-day window closes, all sales are final.
06. LIABILITY_LIMITS
While we work hard to provide accurate and helpful information, we can't guarantee specific results from following our diet courses. Everyone's body responds differently to dietary changes, and what works for one person might not work for another.
We strongly recommend consulting with your doctor or a registered dietitian before making significant changes to your diet, especially if you have any health conditions or take medications. Our courses are educational tools, not medical advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by Canadian law, our total liability to you for any claims related to our courses is limited to the amount you paid for the course. We're not responsible for any indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential damages.
07. PRIVACY_DATA
We take your privacy seriously and follow Canadian privacy laws, including PIPEDA (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act). We collect only the information necessary to provide our services and communicate with you.
We don't sell your personal information to third parties. We may share aggregated, anonymous data for research purposes, but this never includes personally identifiable information. You can request to see, update, or delete your personal data by contacting us.
We use cookies to improve your experience on our platform, but you can disable these in your browser settings if you prefer. Your account data is stored on secure Canadian servers and is backed up regularly.
08. MODIFICATIONS
We may need to update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. When we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email and post a notice on our platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
If you don't agree with the updated terms, you can cancel your account before they take effect. Continuing to use our services after the changes become effective means you accept the new terms.
Minor updates like fixing typos or clarifying existing language won't require advance notice, but we'll still update the "last modified" date at the top of this document.
